2011 has not been exactly the best year what I thought. Many things happened. It was a turbulent year. Really.

Religion

Have been trying to do good and cultivate well at home, work, anywhere I am. Well It's hard. I'd really have to change all the bad habits I have. This year I'm graduating from ren chai ban. Hopefully a good and sensible ren chai.

Family

My family may not be the happiest and most peaceful but I've to thank god that my parents are the most supportive parents. Whenever I need late nights movies, chats, cooking, pop music and korean dramas. Yeah he's my dad! of course we've arguements but still he's my dad and I'm her daughter. lol In other hand, when I need retail therapy , gossips and housechores rescuer! yeah she's my mum. Though they're not the richiest parents, but they're the most supportive parents! showering with their love! <3 LOVE MY FAMILY!

My Chingu haha yeah in korean ( friends). Now, I've various spectrum of age groups. It's awesome which have different opinions stages in life. Thanks gab , Jilly and yuan shan for being my good listeners. shall catch up with the rest soon! you know who you are! (:

Anyways, daddy shared a piece of good news with us; that he got a privilege from his company's which includes complimentary nights stays with family at swissotel worldwide! THAT'S REALLLLLLY COOL! BUT, there's no swissotel chain in Korea. ): Nevermind looking at the brighter note, mummy wanna planned to travel Korea again! YAYYYYYYYYYYS! So exhilerating when comes to travel! I missed the people! they are very very very friendly!! Their strong and rich history and culture! and definitely shopppping!!! OMG! This time round I wanna shop at Yeonju premium outlets store!!! I told daddy and mummy, should I apply Korea's PR? LOL.

Recevied an email from Switzerland Hospitality school. Well, gonna discussed with mummy when she's back. To my opinion, she definitely encourages me to further my studies; but I hate it to be alone and it's far far far away from home. Not only that, I'm leaving from my family, friends and FOOD!(lol) FREAK!

Okays, I'm blessed to have awesome people around me! They're my boss and colleagues Fabian, Cirong, Shuqi and Roy! especially my boss whom think highly of me ever since from the first day of work. (: Thank you Fabian and team! I'll strive hard for giving my best work performance! Nostaglic feelings.

Sighed. Everytime I'd happened to pass by my secondary school, I'll think of him. But it's nice to have those days at prcs. (: Retarded things like "Onglai" (pineapple) nickname given by crestians to our principal. lols. Most Hilarious thing was, my classmates started to parody act of " Mr Ong" LOL. Okay, shall kick off the dramatic now.

I remembered our first encountered moment was at the annual speech and prize griving. (rehearsal) Apparently, we were not informed about the rehearsal until we're told about last minute changes. So after school, me and together with my classmates : fahmi, ebian, farhana and erman procceed to the hall for our next week's annual speech prize giving rehearsal preparations. Suddenly, my intution or rather my naked eyes; tells me that someone was staring at me! yeah indeed! lol. And it's pretty obvious that I was shocked!!?? OMG! and questions marks popping up in mind!( Gulps my saliva!) lol. When the rehearsal comes to the end, he continued staring at me. I literally ignored. As I was thinking probably it's just a stare afterall. Nothing to be alarmed. lol.

Before morning assembly starts, I decided to tell Jill about yesterday's rehearsal saga. Ultimately, she wasn't surprised but happy and excited to know more... lol.

Furthermore, I longed wanted to study in Temasek Polytechnic! one of their hospitality school. Unfortunately, I'm not the qualified candiate that they're looking for. Anyways, life have to be continue as usual lols.... Now, finally I realised being 21st is not an easy as what you thought! you're young adult no longer a child anymore! )': everything what you have to do, you have to plan and organise accordingly! arrrh this is what I'm currently struggling on! )): religion, studies, family and future!

Can't express my gratitude. Sometimes words that just can't be explained.

Scorching sun shawn over my bed. And I'm still hugging tighty my white bear together in my dreams. I just can't remembered what I've dreamt about o.O Just happened that mummy tried to wake me up, as she's preparing to go market for some goceries. To no avail, my heavy body just couldn't got off the bed! lol. So I continued to sleep till she's back! Uh Oh Theresa's you're in trouble! suddenly, mummy raised her voice from the hallway, which travels to my room! immediately I got off my bed and rushed into bathroom. Sorry mummy! ): I just wanna sleep a little more, as I'd dream something as couldn't remembered it. What a dream?! Ah uh my mum is not working today.

After I listening her "ahjunma saga" going on in the market. I felt eased. ^^ At least she did not scold me. hahah lol anways, she told me some silly woman bought all the imitation designer goods at the market.

She said:" It's not cheap and some silly woman still buy with poor quality?"
I replied; not cheap? so how much did it cost? she continues.. a filipino maid bought a classic LV at 300 bucks?

Today's been an fruitful day, whereas I kept myself occupied with housechores; which my mum always do. Of course, I can't say she responsible for the all housework. Time flies. We have come this far, from the very first interview with lecturers as we were the candiates to apply for higher nitec hospitality, ( I remembered it was Mr Leonard and Mr Elvin.) I didn't get dressed properly because i received a last minute call from Ms Deon in the morning. Without hesitation, I agreed her offer over the phone. Mr Leonard was a nice guy, he looked relaxed and kept smiling at me. While Mr Elvin, he gave me a bad impression of him. Arrogant and proud. ( kept flipping my certificates and testimonals)

In the mean time, Mr Leonard kept start to probe questions to me like:

L: why do you choose hospitality as a part of higher nitec course?

Me: Here I start my lengthy stories from post secondary school life and working life with RC hotel. lol.

L: Oh okaies. ( He giggles.) So, can you tell me more about what is hospitality like?

Me: Like??? I replied in lengthy sentences or phases again. -.-

L: wow! ( His facial expression, Hmm got prospects HAHAH!! lol)

Finally, Mr Elvin commented about me. ( Makes me think of simon cowell lol.)

Yesterday's DTG outing was amazing! AWESOME! meet the girls at our usual place haha city hall station. Jamie did not expect I would reached there early, so I waited at the corner for quite some time, coincidentally , met jaslin and she asked me where's jam? haha good question. so all her plan is ruined! sorry jam! poor girl imagine she carried two extreme big plastic bags with big cards inside? from her home to town. sorry girl, But I reallly like her DIY card she made for me and kailing of course, esther did helped jamie too. I was speechless when she hand over the big pooh and card to me, awwwww really sweeet lah! so touching can see the girls putting effort and time on the cards. Don't worry, I will keep it and take care of it!

Because this is DTG workpiece one and only limited edition. So cannot lose it! haha. ONCE again, Thank you girls! alright, we had our dinner @ Roma's deli yeah we were unhappy about the service though the food was nice. while enjoying our pasta, we talked our recent's life and future plans haha I'm glad that esther is working as a front desk agent cool man! Hello World! I have neglected blogging after since I started working. Alrights, shall starts here.

Every year when this particular day arrived, It makes me freak out and sick of it! which is 31 DEC! I really have no idea why people are so extremely excited about over the countdown and celebration. Not cool at all. REALLY SUCKS BIG TIME! After all, life remains usual.

Late afternoon, something cropped up at my workplace. I received a call from a nasty guest which I was trying to help find a solution, without any appreciation, at the end of the call he asked for my name so I knew he gonna nodged a big compliant. After ten minutes to my knock off time, mimi announced that ms poey is angry now. She walked to me closely and asked me: Theresa, are you the one who speaks to Mr Ali? I said : yes. ( my whole body were numbed that I can't even walked properly to mimi's office) At that moment, mimi was calm and speaks to me slowly and would like look further in details from me regarding the conversation earlier on.

After 30 minutes of patience waiting, I saw Kat walking towards me and she asked me "where's Selvi?" I said:" she told me to wait here. Control station." Kat expression was puzzled? huh? she said:" there's two control stations you know?" OMG here comes the confusion. Luckily, selvi called me and said that she's at "The coffee lobby" and my reply to her was "where" and she's kept going that " The coffeee lobby and where are you??" Right, totally miscommunication will make a person confused. Finally we met at the coffee lobby and know what they said "coffeee lobby can be also control station hahah in their own words ya?
while walking towards vivocity, selvi called Nicholas that we have reached to inform about our presence and he told us to meet him at the GV atrium. First of all, Hello world! OMG! I have been rotting for blog since when ? totally have no idea! I had been very busy with school, religious class, housechores and etc... sighed. Okaies, gonna share my thoughts and experiences thoughout the 8 days in China.

Day 1

Arrived at Shanghai Pudong International Airport. I was pushing the trolley towards the main entrance of the arrival door, Kai ma said that there's one tour guide wearing yellow wind breaker will be waiting for us. I was puzzled and still wondering where is he? o.O finally, he said in Mandarin in their own accent: " Come on xin xin tour please follow me!" Then I realised he is our tour guide thoughout this tour. My first impression to him was, Hmmm such a young chap, could he able to manage such a big tour group? while he showed us the way to the bus loading bay, as he instructed us to put our luggages in the coach before we set off to Maglev train which is shanghai's newest bullet train. It's travelled 300km/hr. Cool! so fast that I can't even see the window view scenic. Oh yes ! our tour guide name is " Xiao Chang" sounds cool and cute! lol.

Yesterday's goceries shopping with mummy were ridiculous and unreasonable! well, all the scene started at the cashing counter while making payment. lol. As mummy was entitled this NTUC vouchers which worth $160? from her union organization. When mummy was about to make payment, this cashier said she needs to deduct all the items again. Because as their company management, one customer only able to spent 100 bucks for the first time? what the??? it's like unreasonable? I mean since mummy had 160 bucks of vouchers why not use it altogether? as the total amount we spent was $168.30? mummy need to fork out $ 8.30 only so why we just make payment using the vouchers 160 bucks and we pay $8.30? that's so simple why cannot be done? bloody shit management! wasting people's time! after all, we need to use the 160 bucks booklet vouchers. Sometimes, I wonder do they have brains? really nuts man!

Blessed to have the best parents, of course, godma and godpa! This morning, I was sooooo lazy to get out of my bed! which was sooo comforable and cooling to sleep on that the tempations of sleeping hoping to continue... -.- while my mobile phone alarm rangs a few seconds which i turn to snooze and set the alarm to 0555hrs. like no difference? rofl. Reality is still reality and the fact is i need to wake up immediately, to be ready for school!
Reached school around 0755hrs and immediately report to classroom for attendence taking. Apparently, lesson should starts at 8am however, Ms hasnah changed it to 8:30am aww she's sooo kind to let us have 30 minutes allowance to take our breakfast and etc... well, this module "Entrepreneur" wah sounds challenging right? is kinda of dry...... and projects need to done by next month! shit! I hate it! anyways, looking at the brighterside of the module, we could learn and understand more successful enterpreneurs around the world. For example, Bill Gates.

Excited. After receiving a call from Janelle, that she have a current job availability at fullerton hotel as a assistant hired from VRL comapny. Without hesitation, I agreed instantly over the phone via text messages. The job title sounds cool, if the audience would like to speak up and give suggestions though the mic, your job just pass the mic and after the audience finished, you just hold on it and be prepared for the next audience who would like to speak on floor. simple right? Of course, in addition you need to do some registration administration work at the registration desk. The biggest challenge was, when the delegates arrived you need to search their names and company name arrh man, I still need to improve on that. While you were searching, they have already fund their names on the desk. Oh that's really unprofessional?! that's how embarrassing! arhhh.... >.<>

Upon arrival to the ballroom, I sat down on the comfortably sofa to settle down myself and get prepared and report to miss amber. Initially, we did saw each other at the foyer, and smiled and we didn't realised worked for this event, till she called me and we see each other through the glass door planel, greeted and handshakes like normal business associates do in business.

Yesterday's it was my first time to work with new managers, first impression for them hmm.. o.O well, no comments. (: I'm so happy that my colleagues welcome me back to communications department especially, Lavin. She seems to be keen and excited that I'm back to work. Hahah. Luckily, my sitting position was just beside Kanga which I can asked her for assistance when I'm in doubts in while handling guests phone calls. My working performance for yesterday, not too bad but just a little minor mistakes which I will try correct them in future.

Surisprisingly, Lavin introduced me to a new fairmont front desk manager, Mr keith from Canada I guessed? This week was a horrible one. Rushing CMB projects, presentations and scripts. Thank god, we completed in time. OFA paper it's killing me! Let me give this equation for myself. Paranoid over my studies.

Last Sunday, mummy and I attended granduncle's funeral farewell service. We missed bus 21 so I told mummy why not we took a cab down? she agreed so immediate that I was stuned. >.<
Unexpectally, we were the early birds to arrive of course, I saw my fourth granduncle :D hahas another big time joker! But I prefered my late granduncle jokes and laugher! he always cracks jokes with us I really miss him! Till now, I can't believe that he's gone such a sudden which everyone didn't predicted and expected that to happen. Unfortunately, It happened. Slowly relatives and monks arrived, atmosphere was sadden and remorseful. We were asked to walk around the coffin and prayed. AWW THAT'S REALLY PAIN! I CAN'T HOLD MY TEARS! I CRIED when each of everytime i walked around the coffin. WORST WAS, WHEN THE COFFIN WAS ABOUT TO Cremated.... Mummy and I BURST INTO TEARS!!! ): Luckily, my aunt hold me if not I really gonna faint. LAST FOR ALL, GOODBYE GRANDUNCLE! Rest in peace. I will remember you in my heart.

Slept pretty late last night after studying BEV probably, I'm too used to it studying in the night or rather during the day. >.< There's no right or wrong to study in any specific time i guess? OMG!! I have been hiatus for 12769697396 DAYS??? Okay shall start here. Woke up pretty late because it's Saturday! But failed my planned for jogging again. Stupid! sighed I wondered when am I gonna start my jogging? Anyways, daddy cooked nonya food again! Is sooooo delicious!! I'm really temptations to it! Stayed at home with my mummy queen today! Woke up so early in the morning just to help her polished the brass. (: Silly queen! you knew you can't eat food that turns bad right? sighed, sometimes I really don't understand her at all! All the stupidity, she did ate the food for breakfast this morning, and know what? she kept vomitting continuously! I was panicking and lost at the moment! Theresa, you are ultimately a Loser! Mummy was suffering out there but I was standing beside her and doing nothing. AHH >.< On the other side, mummy thought a solution to cure her pain instantly. She instructed me to prepare her a cup of "black sugar" beverage? sounds weird ... thank god, after drinking her condition back to normal again.

Today's menu for lunch is soup mee hoon with taiwan's vegetable damplings! yummy! my favourite!!! Mummy queen gave me all the leftovers damplings! ahh so sweeeeeeeet! Everyday the same old routine for me! Recevied emails from Mr koh and replied his emails for my daily temperature taking. Sighed that soooooooo sickening! There's tons of homework have not done yet. SIGHED!!! days after days time passed but the assignments are all laying on my desk waiting for me to get it done!!!!! Worst was I felt like an idiot zombie roaming around the house! >.< Facing the PC, not good (children please do not try this!) it's a strong drug which makes you addicted to it. However, there's always pros and cons for what we done. Imagined people who played online games? worst still! no time limition for themselves.

Went to Melaleuca company today, what heck???? daddy sent a letter to stop the home delivery service, know what? the sales assistant said: "You can't purchased because you request to stop the delivery service. You need to fill up this form and submit it for the next visit." I was wondering o.O so i said: Oh Okaies. Damn stupid!! from my house to paya lebar in the end, i gained nothing. what the hell! Reached Pasir Ris, and decided to buy some kuehs and cakes for daddy. Hahas! Coincidentally met mummy at white sands atrium. We walked back home together and along the way, mummy talked about her working issues today.

Of course, at night I spent time with my lovely dad! we were stupidity playing facebook thingy and search for his colleagues! LOLSSS! though it was so stupid but so fun to play with ! hahas

School was fun today! hahas during life skills period, Mr Koh instructed us to do some life skills activities. One of the activity question was, " Why do we come school for?" and obviously, my classmates and I facial expressions were WHAT THE??? >.< LOLS! Mr Koh was so reluctant, till he said:" Well, you guys know... I no need to explain more."

Surprisingly, Mr Koh secretly took away Clara's and Xiao Hui's life skills activity books. And he read aloud in class that what the girls wrote on their activity books which the question was: Why do we come to school?

Xiao Hui's answers: I come to school because, I want to see handsome guys! ( Hahas LOLS!) I want to meet my lovely classmates! (awww! that's sooo sweet!)

Clara's answers: I come to school because, its motivates me to get a copy of "My paper" everyday to do sudoku! ( HAHAHAHAS!!!!!! :D cute lah, this gal so funny and hilarious to joke with!)

Went to Ilruma shopping centre, went to the nearest toilet and force myself to vomit out the food i ate earlier. EREEK! after vomitting, i thought would be better, but the pain is still there. Immediately go to the nearest toilet and vomit again! >.< this time round, was the tough because i force myself to vomit out! really disgusting! GROSS! Thank god, I'm alright. Late afternoon, daddy and I went for religious programmes. We were running late so when the bus arrived, we just board the bus. Most ridiculous thing was, we were chased out by the bus driver!!! idiot! damn it! obviously, it's not the passengers fault that THE STUPID DRIVER!!! who can't be bothered to put the terminated sign. Yesterday's BEV continuous assessment test was Stressed up!!! Thank god, I'm able to remember some notes that mdm Saddiah taught us. Furthermore, I was too nervous till my palms kept sweating till the end of paper! >.< LOLS!!! Anyways, hopefully I can score well for this paper though it's just a test.

Trained back home with Nicholas, he told me about the application schemes for HPO earlier this year, when he got into difficulties after interviewing with the lecturers before they assumed that you qualitied to study. So he seek from an advice from Mrs Ho, who is my ex- destintion geography lecturer. Nevertheless, Mrs Ho had discussed with other HPO lecturers to give Nicholas another chance for another interview. AWWW! she so kind and helpful!!! (: Finally, Nicholas was sucessfully got in HPO course! he told me like this: " When I recevied the letter from the school, that I'm already confirmed, I was sooooo Happy!!" oh that's really satisfaction of hardwork! Of course to show his appreciation, with the help of Mrs Ho, he bought a gift for her! aww so sweet! After listening his sharing, I felt that i'm so lucky to got into HPO course!

Today's lecture HB got reprimanded by Mr Elvin. Because everyone were busy talking away and doing their own staff. He expects us to LISTEN the newspaper article that some of my classmates were being told to read out loud in front of the class. However, we took it for granted and can't be bothered his instructions he earlier told us. So we got a serious reprimanded by him! ): By the way, he has assigned us lots of projects and presentation to be done. Sighed! There's total of two assignments.

Housekeeping.

Late afternoon, do some housechores to loosen mummy's work load. Thinking back when I was a little girl, mummy taught me simple daily hygiene routine. For example like, washing dishes after eating and wiping the dinning table. From that day onwards, I try more challenging house chores like, washing laundries, painting walls and vacuuming. Apart from all the housechores, I'd love vacuuming the floor! lols Because you just on the power and all dust will be absorbed. :s hahahahahas LOLS! it's just a piece of cake for me!

Ultimately, I tried to cook my lunch today! however, it's results were bad. ): When mummy be my taster, she said my fried rice tasteless. >.< AHHH SAD!!! ): It's alright, next cooking hopefully will be a successful one!

Forgetfullness.

Daddy woke me up at 6am! and I realised i forgot to set my alarm clock last night. >.< Luckily, daddy woke me up if not, I'll be definately late for school!

Coincidentally, boarded the same bus as kai ting while heading to school. We walked together towards to the traffic junction and waited for the lights to turn green. It had been past for several minutes but the traffic lights still in red signal. This time round, kai ting gave me an "offering head turn" sign instead of waiting that stupid traffic light, =.= we decided to jaywalking across the road, to our school main gate.

Today's mdm saddiah taught us unit 3, factors that impact business activities. Then she shared with us the only human trafficking country is Nicaragua. Examples:prostitutes, drug trafficking and illegal businesses in Nicaragua. I wondered how they survive with the illegal money??
Nowadays, singapore's abrab streets there's lot of Shesa clubs. I was surprised Nicholas asked me did I ever tried on Shesa?!?! my answer is definately no!! my intuitions tells me, probably he did tried before and he just casual asking only i think. Oh no, he did tried before and he told me about his wrongdoings during secondary school days. Glad that, he has changed But he still go for shesa every weekends. First lesson was Mr Koh's OFA practical lesson in the computer lab. Majority of my classmates which includes me, we have done our practical MS word till assignment 18. That's reallly fast!!! Surprisingly, I got my ms word correctly done without asking neither my classmates nor Mr koh. (:

During breaktime, Shirin and I touched up our sketches for our LFS logo. Same goes to Cui Lian, Clara and Amira they were doing some colouring for a final complete finished. Everyone's have beautiful designs logos of their own group members.

Mr koh said there's no right or wrong answer it 's a matter of presenting. Yes i agreed with him. You must have the courage, confidence and knowledgeable. Late afternoon, meet up with Shirin, Cui Lian, Clara, Alrifah and Alrifah's friend ( sorry gal, i forgotten your name >.<) Initially, I thought i'm gonna be late Surprisingly, Shirin was the first one to reach first. Deliberately, I was thinking of giving her a shock lols whereas, I'm just behind her! not fun! she turned behind hahahas! my tricked were being discovered! :s

eryone had arrived. The girls were hungry and would like to get a munch. We walked to Marina Square and they decided to have their lunch at KFC. While Clara and I,bought our beverages as we had taken our lunch. Clara shared with me, that she had a weirdo friend. HAHASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS! Clara, the funniest part was the your friend wore the formal suit to chalet!!! OH MY GOSH!!!!! LOLS!!! REALLY GROSS!!

Studied at Starbucks Cafe. All thanks to Alrifah's idea her Victoria's secret bodymist. That's not a bad idea it's cool! We shared our ideas and brainstoming for the script. Hopefully, our advertisement presentation will go smoothly tomorrow! (:

Today's Mdm saadiah's lecture was interesting and full of laugher! she shared with the class that she used to work at Peninsular hotel and Shangri la hotel. She taught us SME all about. SME represents Small and Medium Enterprises.

School ends at 3pm today because SNW lesson had been cancelled. So, Mr koh's lesson was so kind enough that he carry forward his lesson over SNW.

TOMORROW IS VOLLEYBALL TRAINING!! OMG! hope i will play well! >.<

Amazingly, I met ex-actor James Lye, together with his son in the train. AWWW! his son sooooo adorable!! I was sitting a distance away from them if not, I could took a picture of them!!! Alight at city hall meet up with the girls. Jamie late again sighed. We can't blame her because she' s a babysister of her niece. While waiting for her, we went to buy Jaslin's birthday present. Hope she like it. (:

Nevertheless, I met Soo the 98.7 FM DJ at bugis junction!!!! I recognized her Pinky highlighted hair!! yeah it's her! I wanted to approach her however, I was in the rushed. -.-
