Time flies.

today was my last day of training, I felt remoseful. Ultimuately, it was a dull day for me. whys? unlike me Theresa, please be awake!

THINK TOO MUCH?

I have no idea why am I thinking so much ? probably I don't really know the person or awkard to meet them. But they're nice to me just that I'm a bit sensitive and cold. >.<

After work, winda and I walked together as we're heading back home for transportation. Along the way, we heard somebody calling us hahas it was Dhana, Jacqueline and wesley. I was stuned and speechless i have no idea all of sudden, the atmosphere was awkard. Strange was Dhana asked me where am I staying at? I replied her question. At the same time, i return her question that she asked me. >.<

The most embarrassing was, I walked too fast to the entrance of city hall train station. Walked towards the transaction machine, i was rejected GOSH! they were laughing at me especially wesley! my card was being rejected i went to the control office and make the stupid corrections and scan it! everybody's was talking about my ezlink card.LOLS!

To avoid embarrassment, I quickily walked down the escalator to catch up the last train. Yeah of course, I did bid goodbye to wesley and jacqueline in a awkard manner. -.- wesley knew i'm awkard situation, furthermore still gave me that stupid facial expression idiot!

EXCEL IN MY LEARNING

Interesting I had learned a lot of general knowledge from Melvin. Today he brief us about how to describe and observe things like hangers and amentites.

Clip hangers- for skirts

What is a chris line?- Normally, when you just iron your pants you'll see a straight line that's called a chris line.

toothbrush- called it dental knit

Satin hangers- for dresses and growns.

Shoe tree- It's a shoe equipment use when it's a cold weather. To prevent your shoes from stringing.

All this things are daily amentities as a hospitality operator, we should know. (:

Unpredictable!

SHEENA AND I at The Indian Suite Room!

Busy.
Whole afternoon till night, communications department was freaking busy as if we're the only department working in this hotel. lols I'm doing fax today tons of qantas faxes and british airways flight delayed faxes. Worst was, I used up three pages to record down the guest faxes that was exaggerate! Nevertheless, melvin and yani add in extra work for me >.<

Unforgettable day!

I was told to report work at 0630am because I need to programme all the temasek holding group guest wake calls.
Surprisingly,I arrived at my workplace earlier than i expected. The interesting was, all my chinese colleagues joined me waking the guest up using the chinese wake up call verbiage.

Nervous.
This is my first time I call manually from the switchboard.
I'm excited at the same time it was amazing! Felicia, Melvin, Lavin, Jacqueline and me start calling at the same time! that was wonderful! Melvin said: "Theresa, looks professional ticks each of every rooms she call cute lah looks like one of the army drawing on the map."lols Should I took this as a compliment? hahas. (: anyways, thanks Melvin.

Unfortunately, late afternoon I received an unlucky caller. I was reprimanded by the caller.
Sorry Fazleen, I'll be more cautious next time. I'll learn from my mistakes and will be correct in future.

At night, daddy bought DURIANS AGAIN! hahas enjoy the taste though out the supper!

Currently, now I don't really care about my love life which teenagers really cared about lol.

Restless.
Spent the whole day resting at home. Because I was running a high fever since last night. I can't either sleep or eat properly. Late afternoon, went to consult a doctor the service was pretty bad. Furthermore, called its company "Raffles medical clinic".

Yesterday passed the appraisal form to Ratna who is my supervisor. I explained to her how to grade me during for the last four weeks. I'm really curious and excited how they are going to grade me.Hopefully, I can get good grades. (:

Today, our department was freaking busy in the morning not enough runners to deliver ammenities and faxes. However, I was ordered by Ratna to deliver faxes to fairmont rooms. Everytime, I rang the door bell of guest room, I forget my superior taught us how to ring the door bell and greet the guest name. Probably the time congest.

I really happy and contented that I make a guest happy. An Australian guest who stay room 4650. Their bedside phone no tone i guessed. I greet them and had a small talk with them " Have you taken your lunch?" They said:" yeah we going to leave our room soon." I said: i see.
They were so friendly as if they are like your friends. In future, I hope there's more guest i would like to serve and make them appreciate.

I have been listening for years.

Can't you see i'm working on it?
