Working was exceptionally well today. well, kind of? though some mistakes had been made. -.-
Late evening, recevied a call from Nicole stamford crest, to block all internal and external calls for the VIP guest Mr Jackie Chan. yeah? you guys must be saying are you kidding? jackie chan? yeah indeed! he's staying at swissotel. Nothing big deal for me, it's just an international actor nothing to be alarm about. :X

Gosh! tomorrow's it's my mo fan class! I haven't mentally prepared yet. -.- let it tomorrow's worries than sighed. =.=

Misses Butterworth town and Penang. It's a wonderful place to travel. Yeah! enjoyed staying at Xu xiao jie parent's house. They served us well and bring us to wonderful places. Really appreciate their hospitality throughout the stay.

During the trip, godma kept having ,motion sickness and cold sweat. Lucky, one of the tang zu told us to take a lap in his van as he knew we were tired after 10 hours of journey from S'pore to Butterworth. I really have no idea what wrong with me, throughout the journey, once i board the vehicle, I will fell asleep immediately! -.- it's embarrassing actually. =.=

After this trip, I still feels S'pore is the best! alright, i'll upload th pics next time.

Went to visit grandpa this morning thank god, he's alright. Unfortunately, he needs to stay over one night for monitoring his sickness. Cancelled my date with the gals. sighed Sorry kailing, I owned you an outing! lols

Late evening, helped daddy spring cleaning our prayer hall. While cleaning, daddy played Rihana's Unfaithful song. AWWWW! i love it! hahas i was surprised he brought it. Daddy shared a piece of good news with us, he will have a one month bonous! that's really cool! He told me over the phone while after he attendended the " Colleagues Meeting" today.



Tomorrow, gonna go roxy to buy some accessories and etc. Probably will go godpa house too.






Penang! i'm coming! but i'm not prepared yet. -.-

Slept 2am last night and woke up at 5am this morning. Force my body got off my bed really terribly tired after weekly's workholic schedules. Though i'm sleepy and tired, like our HR training manager, Mr Andrew said:" you must have passion to work." yeah. "Passion." The passion for me comes from our guests and my lovely colleagues.

I would like to thank my superiors and supervisors for judging my handling calls appraisal. When Fazleen, my assistant manager read my results appraisal, she announced like this,: Theresa, you got a perfect!" awwwwwwwwww! that's amazing! and of course, my colleagues got perfect too congrats ladies!! keep it up! THUMBS UP!!!

Remember, please answer calls within three rings! hahahas lols

Heading back home, quickly got change and take a nap till mummy came home from work. -.-
